Roy’s labs are back and he will have follow-up labs in another 3-4 weeks – his bilirubin is coming down and the rest of the liver-related results are stabilizing. Here are the numbers for the number-crunchers:

• Total Bilirubin 1.8 (normal range 0.3-1.2)
• Sodium 140 (normal range 132-146)
• Potassium 4.5 (normal range 3.5-5.5)
• Alkaline Phosphatase 132 (normal range 46-116)
• SGOT (AST) 45 (normal range 0-33)
• SGPT (ALT) 41 (normal range 10-49)
• Total Protein 7.0 (normal range 5.7-8.2)
• Albumin 3.5 (normal range 3.4-5.0)
• Creatinine 0.82 (normal range 0.70-1.30)
